Estimates are that over 5000 children live in poverty in Oxford. The Oxford Baby Bank aims to support vulnerable parents and their babies by providing them with the basic means needed to create safe and nurturing environments.
Since 2019, we have been working with frontline professionals to provide high-quality equipment and clothing (up to 5 years) to families in need. We are a recycling organisation supported in meeting our costs by local charities and businesses.
Over 4.5 million children are living in poverty in the UK, with a million facing destitution. Baby banks are a vital lifeline to these families. We are a proud member of the national Baby Bank Alliance.
